The microscope is in the digital imaging lab in the botany department at the Chicago Field Museum. It’s an Olympus BH-2 with a NIC condenser.

Far better than my first micro…

Though in the future it would be nice if you could photograph as many spores as you can short of redundancy. And img 403263 seems to show mostly basidioles from my perspective.
