In loose soil under a large tanoak, under douglas fir-tanoak-madrone canopy. A very white mushroom with a slight rosy tint to the top of the cap. It’s very asymmetrical, almost like an oyster mushroom. The stem is very firm and solid. It has a pleasant mushroom aroma and a mild taste. It erupted after days of snow, followed by days of rain.
