Notes: Très certainement le même que obs, http://mushroomobserver.org/156962?q=1lglz,
mais ici sur un bois tendre et pouri, CECROPIA ou TULIPER DU GABON. De plus à l’ombre dans une zone humide.

any evidence at all that the epithet “activitus” has ever been used for any fungus ever.

Please share a reference, until then I will be forced to conclude that Gymnopilus activitus does not exist, MO is the only results on google for it.
