Sporocarp peridium varies widely in thickness and staining. Hope you can get mycoscopy of this. I do not recognize the creamy peridium. At Salt Point State Park I would assume sand to be a predominant soil medium, but your specimens seems to have mud and/or silty soils plated on them too.
