Observation 159949: Agaricus bitorquis (Quél.) Sacc.

No herbarium specimen

Notes: In disturbed/landscaped area under mature native mesquite trees. Pleasant odor and taste. Cap and stem flesh firm and white; no yellowing when cut/bruised. KOH on cap surface negative. Specimen in first three photos was within 20 meters of the others. Day time temps 70’s; little precipitation for months.
