I would suggest that you consider Amanita “sp-36” here:
There are quite a few yellowish or tannish or orangish little species with yellow warts in section Validae in the eastern U.S.
In the book about Amanita from the mid-1980s by Dr. David Jenkins, I think he misapplied the European name Amanita franchetii to something very like what you depict here. I use the temporary code “sp-36” for this species.
