remember what the taste was like. You may be correct about B. subcaerulescens. Thanks.

Large size, reticulations on entire stipe, somewhat wrinkled cap surface, and association with pine suggest B. subcaerulescens. But the cap color and stipe color are very light for this type. Maybe a faded specimen?
