Notes: On underside of dead limb of living native mesquite tree (Prospsis velutina) after a few days of good rain. Tremella sp. (T. mesenterica is promising) on same limb.

Recognized by sight: Orange/red/brown crust fungus with white margin, common on dead limbs of native mesquite in Arizona, color of this obs probably not dark enough to be P. albobadia which lacks also the reticulate “poroid” fertile surface
