It does sort of look like H. hyalinus to me.

on gills suggest some for a parasitic fungi, but I haven’t a clue. Sorry, Jacob.

Grayish appearance of stipe, gills, and cap make it look totally unlike any other Omphalotus I’ve seen, but that is still a reasonable concept for the host fungus.
