The usual spot tests,

i.e. C test, K test and KC test. For the first two you simply put a (as small as possible) drop directly on thallus; for the latter you aplly a drop of C over the previous drop of K (wait a bit to see if any colour reaction appears).

I don’t have close ups at the moment but will try to get some. Not sure yet about spot tests, still very much new to lichen.
