Observation 161333: “Heterobasidiomycetes” R.T. Moore

Small jelly fungi found growing on wood. his fungi is different to the one I posted from Swans Crossing recently.l

Used references: Arora, Mushrooms Demystified. Keys out to Guepiniopsis alpinus. Don’t believe it is, though. Something specific to Australia, perhaps?

Dacrymyces chrysospermus Berk. & M.A. Curtis This looks close. I will check my dried specimens. I don’t think I have one but will look anyhow and if so will try and do a micrograph. Thanks for your super continual efforts. They do get noticed. Chow, kk
