Observation 161349: Lepiota (Pers.) Gray
When: 2014-03-13

Notes: These were growing on the ground/humus in mixed woods.
Caps were up to 22 mm across and stipes up to 70mm X 6 mm thick.
Cap edge was in-turned, and somewhat appendiculate.
Gills were free.
Spore print was white and dextrinoid.
Spores ~ 6.2-8.0 X 4.0-4.7 microns, smooth and mostly oblong.
Looks like a Lepiota(or a close cousin) at this point?
