Observation 161671: Stereum hirsutum (Willd.) Pers.

not enough information, but I am including it because of the color – bright yellow smooth membrane appears to be associated with thin white membrane that is seen more often (see photo 2).

For those quick to claim this is a stereum, please note hairs on upper right on photo one.
