In the hopes of getting closer to a species ID, have posted an underside image of another specimen.
As a photographer, my initial inclination is always to leave my fungal findings in a more pristine state.

we usually need to see the top and underside of mushrooms to tell what they are.
This is probably an Agrocybe.
