Notes: These were growing on the ground near primarily Bishop pine.
Caps up to 3.3 cm across.
The cap was somewhat fibrillose.
Spore print was rusty brown.
Spores ~ 6.1-8.2 X 5.0-6.0 microns, broadly ellipsoid to ellipsoid.
Q(ave) = 1.26. Spores were sl to moderately rough.
Did not see any gill cystidia.
There were some scattered clamp connections in the gill hyphae.
KOH on cap was dark brown(sl. reddish).
Did not detect any strong odor.
