Observation 162041: Agrocybe firma ( Peck) Singer

No herbarium specimen

Notes: I seem to remember someone referring to this clump as above, but can’t verify from these pictures. Occurring on both ground and wood – which would seem to me to eliminate a ‘rooting’ mushroom. 3rd photo, top left has interesting scurfiness on stipe.
