they are very similar, but a lot of fungi have very pronounced points like that. There are maybe slight differences between the mushrooms in the two observations in question (adhering vs friable cap veil, more vs. less striate edge of cap), but there’s very little info in either and speculation is pointless.

i see no difference anywhere, stipe or otherwise. those peculiar points on the cap are unmistakable in both observations.

they are not the same, imo.
look at the stipe (coloration) and stipe base.
