Observation 163325: Lepiota (Pers.) Gray
When: 2014-04-11

Notes: This specimen was delicate to handle with the cap being flimsy and the stipe has an unusual habit with small areas tufting in yellow. Was growing in semi open forest floor area in soil and decomposing leaf matter.

Blue staining

I think it was in the colour of the soil material, although, there was some on the soil surface also. When I colour calibrated the image, the “blue” was removed. So I would say with a certain amount of safety that it was colour tinge (error) on the ccd.
