Diploschistes I know, with the exceptions of D. actinostomus and D. caesioplumbeus, have apothecia like this one.

it’s all white (for some reason?) and I even see some whitish, not black apothecia, but ok.. is there any look alike with this kind of apothecia, I mean, sunken discs with thick margins?

pruina on the thallus, which is a characteristic of the species you proposed. But even if it exists it will be not enough to name the species. Maybe only with microscopy and that is not fully guaranteed.
