on left shows central stipe (pseudostipe). I don’t know of any Geastrum which has a pseudostipe.

Peridium (outer surface) has warts or protrusions. I am unaware of any Geastrum which has that feature, either.

Good job of cutting the fungus throught the center. That shows the stipe or pseudostipe well.

Maybe a very young specimen of Pholiota?
