Notes: Fruiting found on Stump Beach Trail under Grand Fir, Redwood and Doug-fir with Bishop Pine in the surrounding area.

Recognized by sight: dingy gills, veil zone on lefthand specimen looks slightly membranous, overall colors, looks fairly robust (perhaps too much for a Dermocybe)
