Notes: I see one pink apothecia on the lichen, and another two on the left lower of the photo… intriguing…

but the bluish tones, does it fit in what Xanthoparmelia? (It is bluish grey, specimens always small, rosette like, flatenned, lobes narrow, long and not overlapped)

is very common, even on stone street pavement. The pink things… I don’t know.
