Two specimens found in close proximity in shaded area with dense tree foliage close to the forest floor. Ground was damp after slight rainfall overnight.

Each time I’ve had the opportunity to photograph this species it has been just after rain. So…. to answer your question, I cant be definite, but I do think the globules are part of the fungus habit. (only my presumption.)
