Notes: Old specimens- spore bearing structure dry and rigid(brown and discolored.

Cap lacking in hirsute exhibition (as with young, fresh specimens).

Temp: low 60’s.

Fruiting from hardwood.

I don’t believe the distribution for this species, much less this genus, extends all the way to Washington state. Maybe something more like Daedalea or Coriolopsis?
