Notes: Yellow cap, white stem, 16 fruit bodies on the hardwood tree. I harvested, but could take more pictures growing.

I have seen for sale. It could have escaped from someone’s compost heap. The pink oyster, which is cultivated here but grows (I think) in Asia showed up last year on MO from a site in Florida.

I found it growing in the woods. If someone cultivated it, it wasn’t me. Will try to post pictures of it on the tree.
