Terrestrial in mixed woods and poor soil (Hickory, Ash, some Oak and Hemlock). Very small all white Bolete with white pores.

I never considered B. separans Due to white not being mentioned in the pileal description even though it was mentioned that the color is extremely variable. I did consider X. stramineum and Gryroporus subalbellus but ruled them out. Was completely lost on this one. Thanks again. Phil
