Observation 170706: Amanita rubescens group

No herbarium specimen

Notes: Found this pretty cluster of Amanitas growing under some trees of course, mixed pine and oak. I am not sure what kind of Amanitas they are but i think maybe some variant of muscaria since they have fuzzy concentric rings around the bases. Input would be greatly appreciated.
