Notes: Cap 8cm diameter, infundibuliform with white gills becoming light brown or tan. Many gills forked near the stipe and some forked near the margin. Two lenghts of lamellulae. Stipe white, 5 cm long x 30 cm at apex and tapering to the base. Stipe context white with orangish stains in worm holes. Pileal context white, unchanging. Taste slowly peppery with a pungent odor; possibly due to age. Specimen worm ridden. Brought to me by a friend.
