that your deceptivus proposal is because the mature/inrolled cap margin appears to be soft/cottony. But if this is an example of deceptivus, then it’s interesting that the rest of cap surface also appears to be similarly textured. As the surface of deceptivus becomes roughened, brownish scales are apt to develop.
