Observation 171436: Boletus curtisii Berkeley

Notes: Cystidia of two types,1) a larger clavate type terminating a hyphae that protrudes well outside of the hymenium, 2) a much smaller hyaline lageniform cell that is buried in the hymenium. cystidioles or pseudoparaphyses numerous on exterior pore surface.

Spores very strongly dextrinoid. 12.9 X 5.5
