Fruiting body: 9.2 cm long, 3.7 cm wide, disfigured, lumpy cap, whitish
Spores: warty, flask ascomycete,300 ɱm tall perithecium, 112.5µm x 5µm long asci, 15µm x 5µm spores, ends are apiculated. Found near a stream under the debris
