Found in moss amond Hickory and Ash, some clustered, others scattered. Redish brown caps 15-29mm diameter fadung light tan. Margin incurved at first then decurved. Some caps had a small depression on the disc. Stipe 3.5-4.5mm long by 2-5mm at apex with the upper portion beingyellowish white and pinkish brown below with a yellowish white basal bulb with white hyphae Stipe flexible,and hollow. Gills adnate, crowded, white with a pinkish tinge. Numerous lamellulae.
