Notes: In circle on ground in mixed woods, some in groups; cap 3-5 cm, dusky tan, smooth, moist-feeling, depressed center becoming vase shaped; gills tan, close, attached; stipe 5 cm x 1 cm broader at apex and base, base hairy and covered with mycelium; odor pleasant/mushroomy, taste not distinctive.
