The tops are (mostly) natural light, the gills have flash bounced of reflectors.

I love the pink spore deposit. Was this shot in natural light? Sometimes I move leaves or pieces of bark around to direct the light on the subject, but I still consider it natural light. Then sometimes the lighting is just perfect without me having to do anything. Whatever you did, the shot turned out great!
