The quality is good. Previously, we have only nrITS ("proposed fungal barcode) from the original callection called “sp-MO02.” The match between that sequence and the nrITS just derived is not good (13.5% genetic distanced). So we conclude that this species is something else. No nrLSU has been derived from the original collection of “sp-MO02.” More coming…
