Debbie sent me the pictures, and based on them my comment was: “a species in the L. atrodisca group.” I have not seen the material, so i have not ID-ed this collection.

What is called Lepiota atrodisca represents several taxa, all characterized by dark scales on the pileus.
They do not belong to the genus Lepiota in the strict sense, but are in the Leucoagaricus/Leucocoprinus branch of the Agaricaceae.
