Notes: Extremely vibrant blue fruit body With distinctly textured, floccose stalk and cap. Spore print: pink. Cap appears blackish from above/distance. Long slender stem with very vibrant, iridescent mycelium attached at base.

Gills: Distinctly gray.

Fruiting beneath Douglas fir, Western red cedar, red alder and Western hemlock.

Elevation: 2700ft.

Temp: low 80’s.
