White fragile mushroom with reddish-brown spots above a cap.
Cap: 4-7cm, convex or broad convex, smooth; white with some radial reddish-brown spots.
Gills attached, close with some branching, narrow or moderately broad, white with slightly cream coloring, yellowish-white when old.
Stalk: 6-10cm long, white, 1-2cm thick, slightly enlarged down, fibrous, hollow with age.
Habitat: very rare kind at this location, single on moss in pine-tree forest with some birches in shady places of well-wooded forest.
