Notes: on dead bark of Abies trunk; highly verrucose whitish-grayish crust, thin irregularly discose convex black apothecia conforming to substrate, epihymenium green-black, hymenium hyaline clear, hypothecium with large bright red pigment granules inspersing like roots into thallus below apothecia, spores not seen
