But the apothecia of Coccocarpia are strange “melted drops of wax” sorta things, often pale. So it’s definitely not out of the question. It’s a crappy photo, with no specimen, anyway, so sure, let’s take it out of the running…

maybe it matches one of the 126-~400 spp.

It does look a lot like Cora / Dictyonema… But it has apothecia… unless those pale structures are some sort of parasite instead(?) And the lobes are more appressed and much smaller than usual for Cora.
