But apparently all these forms are lumped together into one extremely variable species at the moment. Of course I don’t have specimens so it’s hard to say anything with 100% confidence. On the Galápagos, at least, there is a good, well-maintained checklist on-line, as well as several good publications (Roccella being one, Ramalina another). Frank Bungartz is the local expert.
seems to be of a different species from the others: lobes with another shape and don’t see soralia/soredia on them. Am I seeing it wrong?
