Observation 179424: Collema crispum (Hudson) F.H. Wigg.
When: 2014-09-14
Who: zaca
No herbarium specimen

Notes: This species is not one of the most frequent of Collema, but is not uncommon here. However, it is rare when fertile and, as far as I can tell, this is my first observation in such state. Naturally I took the oportunity to make the microscopy, at least to confirm the identification. I obtained the following dimensions for the spores:
(17.1) 18.6 – 27.3 (30.4) x (11) 12 – 15.5 (18.7) µm
Q = (1.3) 1.4 – 1.9 (2) ; N = 25
Me = 22.4 × 13.5 µm ; Qe = 1.7.
