Notes: Single, dense, fruiting body found beneath Western red cedar, Western hemlock and Douglas fir trees. Along stream. Note the bulbous base, waxy cap/gills and association with sub-alpine conifers.
Odor: not strong- earthy.
Temp: low 60’s.
