Very small, dense fruiting of B.edulis beneath Douglas fir, Ponderosa pine and black cottonwood(near creekside).

Note: reticulation on upper portion of stalk.

When they are thin sliced and dehydrated, these are my fave for sauces(whatever size they are).

Camera ran out of batteries- Apologies for the poor image quality.

Elevation: approx.3000ft.

Temp: low 60’s.
