Floating fen of mostly Carex aquatilis (a large sedge) and Utricularia (bladderworts). The dead graminoid it is sprouting from is probably Carex aquatilis. The mushroom is basically in a forest of these emergent sedges, growing on the dead matter floating on top. Very inaccessible (need chest waders, strong legs, good balance, and patience)

Tiny and fragile
Cap already curling up as dries out in air
gills black/ typical shrivelled inky cap lines
Fuzzy mycelium? base
