When: 2014-09-21
(39.8227° -74.5541° )
Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: > This specimen was collected on the Batona Trail along the moist shore of “Far Lake” in FPP. This exact location yielded A. morrisii (see obs 114564 from two years ago).

> I believe this to be the same species as in obs 174500 and obs 175241, both of which had the same pale yellow friable volva at the base of stipe.

> This material is now in the hands of RET

Microscopy:
Amyloid in Melzer’s;
[20/1/1]: L x W = 7.4-9.1 × 5.1-6.3 (-6.5) μm;
L’ x W’ = 8.1 × 5.6 μm;
Q = 1.33-1.57 (-1.59); Q’ = 1.44; all are ellipsoid.
