Could be wrong about Physcia

K test should be yellow, but can be hard to read for species with really thin cortex, because it just sort of dissolves the cortex and it turns green instead of showing the yellow reaction of the atranorin in the scant cortex.

(I saw something a lot like this on Galápagos, see observation 178474… don’t know what that is, either, though!)

With KOH it turned from a sea green to a darker, more leaf-like green. No change when dilute bleach was added to the area with KOH.
