Notes: The best way I could describe this mushroom is that it looks like a closed umbrella.
The whole thing was 11 cm tall.
The cap was 6.5 cm long and 3 cm wide.
The stipe was 4.5 cm long and 1 cm wide.
The gills inside are black.
