Reticularia lycoperdon is what I first thought but I never found it thay gooy. Prehaps a inmature one or just that I have never seen it in this stage.

i haven’t a clue, but this deserves revisiting. was tempted to say Entonaema but the colors and texture are off… i think. plus the stipe… jeepers.
