No problem – I just happened to see Else’s comment.
I have no idea why IF/SF make these questionable transfers. Most of us who keep track of at least some taxonomic & nomenclatural transfers are aware of these occasional “glitches”. Equally annoying is the fact the Mycobank lists the two as synonyms of each other.

I wonder why IF decided to go with Melanoleuca. At any rate, I think it is a good Tricholoma macroscopically.
